ANOTHER FINE REVIEW FOR SHEILA LLEWELLYN

One of the key attractions for Write By The Sea 2018 will be the appearance of author Sheila Llewellyn who will discuss her recent novel Walking Wounded with Jackie Hayden. The novel was given yet another positive review last week in The Times whose reviewer described Walking Wounded as “shocking” and “moving”, while also stating that it can hold its own in such celebrated company as Pat Barker’s Regeneration trilogy. That review followed Walking Wounded being listed in both The Times and The Irish Times best summer/ beach reads and it has received fulsome praise from both Pat Barker herself and Hilary Mantel. Need we say more?
