He has appeared at many Irish literary festivals, including Dublin Book Festival, Ennis Book Festival, Writers’ Week Listowel, Cuirt, West Cork Literary Festival, Mountains to Sea Festival and Immrama. Michael is a former award-winning journalist with The Guardian and The Observer.
