SEASCAPES DATES FOR YOUR DIARY

On two upcoming Fridays, March 9 and 23, the Seascapes programme on RTE Radio 1 at 10.30 pm will broadcast two more winning entries in our writing competitions for attendees at last year’s Write By The Sea festival. Marie Noonan will read her victorious short story, while the winning piece in the nonfiction section will be given by its author Theresa Ryan. Last month, Write By The Sea Chair Lucy Moore was interviewed by Seascapes presenter Fergal Keane about our festival, and Mary Kavanagh did a marvelous reading of her poem ‘Paradox Island’, which triumphed in the poetry competition.
