Getting Here
Directions
Kilmore Quay is located approximately 25 minutes drive from Wexford town and Rosslare Harbour.
Coming from Wexford: Follow the N25 to Rosslare Harbour. Approximately two miles after the Drinagh roundabout on the outskirts of Wexford, there is a signpost for the R739 to Kilmore Quay. Turn right here and follow the road to Kilmore Quay through Ballycogley and Kilmore village. Kilmore Quay is approximately three miles past Kilmore village.
Coming from Rosslare: Take the N25 to Wexford town. Pass through Kilrane, Tagoat, and Killinick. Two miles after Killinick take a left turn onto the R739 signposted for Kilmore Quay. Follow the directions as above from here.
Car Parking
Ample free car parking is available at the Stella Maris Centre and throughout the Village. Thank you for parking with due care and consideration.

By Train: The nearest train stations are Wexford O’Hanrahan Station in Wexford town or Rosslare Europort train station. Services are limited. www.irishrail.ie

Festival Venues
Stella Maris Centre
The hub of the Write By the Sea Festival is the Stella Maris Centre. Here you will find the check-in and information desk, festival exhibition, refreshments and Room to Write as well as many of the festival programme events that are scheduled to take place here. Free WiFi is available. There is ample free parking adjoining the Centre.
Lifeboat House
Just a five-minute walk from the Stella Maris Centre, head down the hill to the harbour, then go right at the roundabout. You will find the Lifeboat House on the left opposite the Silver Fox restaurant. There is strictly no parking available outside the building.
Kilmore Community Hall
Our second workshop venue, the Kilmore Community Hall is a 7 minute drive from the Stella Maris Centre in the nearby village of Kilmore.
St. Peter's Church
The beautiful St Peter’s Church is a 4-minute walk from the Stella Maris Centre. Where possible please park your car at the Stella Maris Centre and walk
