She is the recipient of many awards for her work, which include an Arts Council Award, Two Literature Bursary Awards and the Tyrone Guthrie Residency Award from Wexford County Council. Caroline was the Reader in Residence with Wexford Public Library Services. She is a Heritage Expert with the Heritage Council of Ireland is on the Poetry Ireland Writers in Schools Scheme. Caroline is also an arts in education practitioner and delivers Teacher Artist Partnership and BLAST projects with County Wexford Education Centre. Caroline was the Festival Manager of Towers and Tales International Book Festival in Lismore Castle as well as being the Chair of Wexford Literary Festival. Caroline is a book reviewer on Ireland AM and she is represented by Trace Literary Agency (USA).
