Crime author Cat Hogan, who made significant contributions to the first two Write By the Sea festivals, has announced details of her Creative Writing classes at the Stella Maris Centre in Kilmore Quay. The series runs from Tuesday February 6, 2018 to March 13, from 7pm to 8.30, and costs €30 per
